Every rating is backed by evidence, not opinion.

Do I need to be on a call?

No. The entire process works asynchronously — you fill out an intake form, we do the work, you get the deliverables. That said, if you'd prefer a quick Loom intro before you start, or a call to walk through your strategy after delivery, that's available too. Async-first, not anti-conversation.

What if I want visual identity too — logo, colours, typography?

The engagement covers strategy only: positioning, voice, messaging, competitive intelligence. If you want the full visual identity build (colour system, typography, symbol, applications), that's available separately afterwards. Your strategy output becomes the brief for the visual work.
